We will be hosting a discussion around the importance of micro-systems, sales and organization in your business, and we’ll talk about different tools that we can implement into our workflows that will free us up to focus on growth vs. daily operations. We will have Justin Kifer here to give us an overview of Gigbooks, an online studio management system designed for professionals in the wedding industry that desire to implement efficient and intelligent systems into the frontline of their business. Some of you may remember Justin from last year and a lot of things have changed and have been upgraded.
